hip hip czf.
grad school in and of itself can be a pain in the butt. But then the necessity of validating thousands of dollars and many long hours, whew, I can't imagine. Great Job. Keep it rollin when you go get that Doc.

HUZZAH! Let's drink!
not as much as we did that one night in the seedy underbelly, on the one-way bi-way of american dreams. the night that drifted into the early peanut shell morning of oblivion. it was the kind of evening where patsy cline, merle haggard, dwight yoakam and the half finished bottle of peppermint schnapps are ones only friends. you know the kind. it was that very same evening when she showed up. not tall for her height but buxom and female the kind of dame you'd take to a salvation army thanksgiving dinner. the kind of dame that smelt of trouble. the kind of dame any man would fall over backwards for, and i did.

AZF and CZF-

In case you need something to do on 4/19, my brother's band is on tour and is coming through Chicago. I highly recommend.
http://www.myspace.com/helloblue is their myspace page, and I have no idea what's up with the cats. They are some weird guys. =) But great music if you are looking for something to do.

the cats are kinda odd. but the show is only two miles from our place. then again, i was planning on going to an Erik Larson reading that night...whats a girl to do?

same time?
Well. Hmm. I'm not sure. I really think you'd like them (listen to the songs on their page for an idea) they are really awesome live.
But generally when deciding between
a) someone you are already a fan of doing something
and
b) someone not so much

a) usually wins.

BUT: I don't think b would disappoint. There won't be any cats on stage- I SWEAR

and minneapolis folks- they come back and are playing a show at the varsity theater (afternoon records 3 year anniversary party) on 4/21.

I'm sad to not be able to see any of the shows.
